In our press line which has capacity of processing 25.000 tons of sheet material per year, with hydraulic and mechanic
presses between 100-1200 tons. We are able to form sheet materials with thickness between 0,65 mm to 10 mm.
In our press line with 1800 x 3000 mm table sizes as having 1 piece of 650 ton conveyor with double action and 5 pieces of H
type 400 ton conveyors, by means of double slide table features, with fast mould changes,
machine productivities are used at high level.
With 4 pieces of automatic roll feeding unite, we have the capacity of processing rolls within range of 0,3 mm and 3,2 mm
with the width of min. 75 mm and max. 100 mm and a weight of 10 tons.
With our investments for 2 pieces of 600 tons H type 1550 x 3100 mm press with double slide table and
1 piece of 500 tons of 1300 x 3100 mm our sheet processing capacity is increasing.
